Monteith Named VP, HR Compliance and Policy
Suddenlink announced today that it has hired Jack Monteith to fill the newly created position of Vice President, Human Resources Compliance and Policy, reporting to Doug Wiley, Senior Vice President, Human Resources.
Most recently, Monteith was Director of HR Administration and Policy for Xspedius Communications, now Time Warner Telecom. Previously, Monteith served as Vice President of Labor and Employee Relations for Magellan Health Services and as Vice President of HR for Correctional Medical Services.
At Suddenlink, Monteith will focus on key HR compliance activities and reporting. He will also be involved with policy development, implementation of applicant tracking systems, and affirmative action plan administration.
Monteith graduated from Southern Illinois University with a B.S. in Communications/Psychology. He is a long-standing member of The Society for Human Resources Management.
