Mr. Kent, I have had Suddenlink cable the past year and love it. I signed up for your internet service 4 months ago here in San Angelo, Texas, and love it. I simply put in the CD and followed the instructions and it was so easy. I followed the step-by-step procedure for configuring Outlook Express, which i have been trying to do for the past 2 years and it was so easy. Thank you so much. I hope this letter makes it’s way from your desk down the chain to San Angelo to let them know what a pleased customer I am. Keep up the good work.

    Best regards,
    Frank Daroci

I tried to do a survey online, but for some reason I couldn’t get the site. I had a change over to my new address. This young man done a through job. No mistakes, just wanted to make sure everything was the way it was suppose to be. He is credit to your company. He up graded my connections to where my high speed was working the way its suppose too. When I changed over to high speed I couldn’t tell the difference between the two,but now I have high speed. Thanks for the greaaaaaaaaaaaat service.
