Suddenlink’s Alexandria, La., team continues its support for the The Food Bank of Central Louisiana, with food drives at schools in Avoyelles, Catahoula, Concordia, LaSalle, Rapides and Winn Parishes.

The Louisiana cable association honors Suddenlink with three awards, one for the above-noted Food Bank program, another for a DTV education program, and the third for Maryce Cunningham, for outstanding service.

In Paris, Texas, the local paper has the scoop on what happened “when a landscaping crew from a third party cut an underground fiber cable,” disrupting service for Suddenlink customers.

Finally, an industry trade publication reports on the hiring of Tyler Nau as vice president, finance, for Suddenlink’s commercial and advertising operations.
