Can’t get video on 360…. can install player, but only an occasional commercial will play… HELP?

This is great news for suddenlink customers in Eastern Kentucky who are Kentucky fans. If a game is on Fox Sports South (a channel not on the cable lineup) we can watch it on the internet.
