Suddenlink’s Russellville, Ark., technical operations team won the company’s October “System of the Month Award” for excellence in technical customer-service performance.

The Russellville team exceeded company standards on a wide range of measurements designed to provide superior customer service and was top among the company’s 200 tech ops teams across the country. The measurements considered in the award include maintaining network and platform reliability, minimizing service outages, maximizing order fulfillment, and expediting response time and problem resolution.

Russellville was among the first Suddenlink communities in which the company deployed a new system that helps improve appointment scheduling and on-time arrivals, and provides customers with appointment status updates.
