Renovated Retail Store Opens in Natchitoches

01/27/11 at 4:17 pm

Natchitoches, La., Mayor Wayne McCullen, Suddenlink managers, and local Chamber of Commerce officials today cut a ceremonial ribbon opening Suddenlink’s newly renovated retail store in Natchitoches. Mayor McCullen also read a proclamation calling today “Suddenlink Day” in Natchitoches.

Suddenlink’s new retail store provides a base of operations for employees in the city and offers a new and improved experience for local customers. A bright green and blue sign makes the new Suddenlink office more visible from the street. Counters no longer separate Suddenlink staff from customers, allowing more personal interaction. The redesign also features hands-on interactive displays for demonstrating Suddenlink services.

“We now have a beautiful place to showcase our Advanced Digital TV, high-speed Internet, phone and new home security services,” said Suddenlink Operations Manager Larry Dykes. “It allows our customers an opportunity for a hands-on experience.”
