Atlantic Region Storm Update
06/30/12 at 1:08 pm Steve
Friday night storms in the Atlantic region caused widespread damage, but Suddenlink master technical centers remained operational throughout, with the exception of a power outage in Grayson, Ky., between midnight and 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. Our team restored power to our Grayson center using generators Saturday morning and services were gradually being restored.
Though commercial power outages occurred in other Suddenlink-served communities in West Virginia, Virginia, Ohio and Kentucky, Suddenlink master technical facilities remained in continuous service using backup power. Suddenlink people are working to restore any lost service because of storm damage in neighborhoods or at customers’ homes, once cleared to safely do so by local authorities.
