Suddenlink Honors ‘Service Heroes’

Twelve Suddenlink employees recently earned the distinction of “Service Heroes,” based on their extraordinary commitment to serving customers, communities, and colleagues with excellence. Thirteen others earned honorable mentions. Read on to learn about the honorees.



Construction Coordinator Johnny Arnold (top) and Technical Operations Field Supervisor Willie Hatchett, Conroe, Texas, for leading a team that worked through the night to restore services after severe storms.


Broadband Technician Robert Begley, Clovis, N.M., for helping new construction projects run smoothly and economically.


Broadband Technician Mark Carpenter, Bryan, Texas, for working nine hours on his day off to help find and repair a power feed short that was impacting service to customers.


Trainer Brigette Cutchins, Tyler, Texas, for her dynamic and thorough teaching style.


Broadband Technician Evan George, Mount Gay, W. Va., for stopping during storm repairs to set up generator power for customers with emergency medical equipment needs.


Broadband Technician Jesse Harman, Kingman, Ariz., for donating a TV set to a nursing home customer and then returning regularly to visit the customer and entertain the nursing home residents.


Broadband Technician Wade Miller, Parkersburg, W. Va., for personally returning a found wallet containing nearly $1,000 and a driver’s license.


Retail Sales Agent Stacy Nelson, St. Joseph, Mo., for compassionately helping a customer during a medical emergency.


Broadband Technician Thomas Rodney, Pineville, La., for helping rescue victims of a serious car accident.


Broadband Technicians Richard Villanueva (top) and Joe Lozano, Eastland, Texas, for completing a grueling three-day upgrade project in order to improve picture quality at a local nursing home.
