More HD Channels Launched in Blythe, Calif.

Today, we introduced more than 40 new high-definition (HD) TV channels in Blythe, Calif. Among the new channels are: TBS HD, Discovery HD, TLC HD, Animal Planet HD, History HD, A&E HD, AMC HD, ABC Family HD, Disney Channel HD, Nickelodeon HD, Cartoon Network HD, HGTV HD, FX HD, Comedy Central HD, CNN HD, MTV HD, PAC-12 Los Angeles HD, NFL RedZone HD and ESPN2 HD.

HDTV offers a widescreen format, similar to a movie theater, with distinctly sharper images and better sound quality than standard TV.
