“Argo: Inside Story” will air this weekend on Discovery Channel, Saturday at 9 p.m. CT and again Sunday at 11 p.m. CT.
Updated from its original broadcast in 2002 on Discovery, the one-hour special is narrated by Bryan Cranston, who plays CIA manager Jack O’Donnell in the 2012 Ben Affleck film “Argo.” The special gives an inside look at the dramatic escape and how CIA “chief of disguise” Tony Mendez forged identity documents and elaborate disguises to get past the security agents at the Tehran airport.
“Argo” is currently available on Suddenlink Video on Demand (VOD). Where Suddenlink VOD is available, check out this and other titles by going to Channel 1. A Suddenlink digital receiver is required to access the VOD menu.
Discovery Channel is available to all Suddenlink customers who have what is commonly known as Expanded Basic TV service.
