ESPN Begins Two Weeks of Wimbledon Coverage

Beginning today and running over the next two weeks, ESPN and ESPN2 will air 140 hours of live coverage of the Wimbledon tennis championships. In addition, 800 hours of coverage will be offered through broadband service ESPN3.

ESPN and ESPN2 are available to Suddenlink customers who have what is commonly known as Expanded Basic TV service. Suddenlink Internet customers can access ESPN3.com for no charge from any computer connected to Suddenlink Internet service. They can also access ESPN3.com from the Suddenlink.net home page.

ESPN Has Little League World Series Covered

ESPN, ESPN2 and ABC are teaming to present all 32 games of the 2012 Little League World Series from Williamsport, Pa., beginning tomorrow with four games and concluding with the championship game Aug. 26. ESPN and ESPN2 will present 27 of the games, with ABC handling the finals. Broadband service ESPN3.com will simulcast all of the games.

ESPN Providing NBA Draft Coverage

For the tenth consecutive year, ESPN will televise live coverage of the NBA Draft. The draft starts tomorrow night at 7 p.m. ET, at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J. Rece Davis will host ESPN’s coverage, along with college basketball analyst Jay Bilas, NBA analyst Jeff Van Gundy, NBA insider Chris Broussard, college basketball reporter Andy Katz, and NBA reporter Ric Bucher. A pre-draft show will air tonight at 7 p.m. ET.
