Beginning today, St. Joseph, Mo., customers with TiVo® Premiere DVRs from Suddenlink will be able to begin watching a program in one room and continue it in another, as well as watch recordings on any TV connected to a TiVo Premiere device
New options are the result of software enhancements. For example, Suddenlink customers with three TiVo Premiere DVRs can record up to six shows at the same time, watch recordings on any TV, start watching in one room and resume in another, and have up to 600 hours of recording space.
The TiVo Premiere, first offered by Suddenlink in 2010, combines the cable operator’s service with TiVo’s best-in-class user interface, providing access to thousands of hours of entertainment choices, including content from Suddenlink’s video-on-demand (VOD) library and the Web, all accessible through TiVo’s advanced search and discovery features. This integration of functions is only available through Suddenlink.
Since November of last year, any-room DVR service has been introduced to Suddenlink customers in North Carolina, West Texas, Clovis, N.M., and Auburn and Truckee, Calif. We will continue to announce service launches as they are confirmed.

Yesterday, Deputy Mayor Byron Myers, Chamber of Commerce representatives, and executives from Suddenlink’s local, regional, and corporate offices cut a ceremonial ribbon opening Suddenlink’s newly renovated retail store in St. Joseph, Mo.
The new store, a base of operations for 142 employees, features hands-on interactive displays demonstrating Suddenlink services. Bright green-and-blue décor greets visitors, who will no longer find counters separating them from the store’s customer-care representatives.
Since last September, Suddenlink has unveiled new or renovated stores in Arkadelphia, Jonesboro, El Dorado, and Russellville, Ark.; Alexandria, Natchitoches and Ruston, La.; Branson, Mo.; and Conroe and Little Elm, Texas.
